AGON provided Technical Assistance and Pre-opening Management and Recruitment services to the 325-key resort hotel in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. The building’s outer shell already built, the AGON team joined the project thereafter to bring it to opening, including working with the interior space planning, procurement, financial reviews, F&B concepts and kitchen planning, executive and mass recruitment, and management infrastructure. The property has sweeping sea views, an elegant and purpose-built seaside chapel, a 700 sqm ballroom, and an award-winning spa.
